  • to transmit malware or attempt unauthorised access, denial-of-service, scraping or similar.

6) User-generated content (UGC) & content standards

If you upload, post, tag, or otherwise share content with us or on our pages, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and share such content across our channels (including reposts, ads and archives). We may moderate, remove, or refuse content at our discretion. You must hold all necessary rights/permissions, and your content must comply with UK law and these standards.

Alcohol-responsibility rules (non-exhaustive):

  • No minors (no one under, or appearing under, 25 in marketing imagery); no content appealing particularly to under-18s.
  • No intoxication or depictions implying drunkenness is acceptable.
  • No claims that alcohol improves social/sexual success, mood, or performance.
  • No encouragement of illegal, irresponsible or excessive consumption.

10) Promotions & events

14) Compliance with UK advertising & industry codes

Our marketing aims to comply with:

  • CAP/BCAP Codes and ASA guidance on alcohol marketing (including rules to avoid appealing to under-18s or implying alcohol can change mood or solve problems).
  • Portman Group Codes on Naming, Packaging & Promotion and Alcohol Sponsorship (responsible marketing to 18+ and avoiding particular appeal to the vulnerable).

15) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, to protect users/systems, or to comply with law.

16) Variations

We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

19) Entire agreement; sever-ability; waiver

These Terms, together with the Policies and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
